Avitaminosis or hypovitaminosis is a very common problem. Vitamin deficiency occurs as a result of the influence of environmental factors, lack of vitamins necessary for the body, improper nutrition. This thesis provides information on the types of vitamins and what pathological conditions occur in the body when they are lacking, as well as preventive measures for vitamin deficiency.
