Abstract
According to the analysis of the above studies, vincanine and pyrazoline alkaloids have strong cardioprotective properties and effectively eliminate the disturbances in papillary muscle contractile activity caused by hypoxia. It allows us to assume that this function of the studied alkaloids mainly depends on the modulation of [Sa2+]in dynamics in cardiomyocytes.
