The article analyzes the professional methods used by the pedagogue in the technical-tactical and physical training of the athlete in the sport of wrestling. Also, thoughts on the role of wrestling types, teaching of general developing and special exercises in wrestling training, teaching techniques and rules of a specific type of wrestling, and the development of qualities are brought to the fore.
