It is known that for many years, in the conditions of stable social relations, attitudes towards institutions of society such as education and science have been formed in a unique way. For example, during the time of the former union, no member of society was suspicious of the activity of an educational institution or scientific organization, and did not have a biased attitude towards the activities of its subjects. Now, not only in Uzbekistan, but also in the whole world, there is a tendency to distrust any social institution.
