In this article, biomechanical parameters (force, speed, time) are quantitative evaluation of the speed of manifestation of one or another quality. The reasons why all the versatility of human movement capabilities can be described by the following movement qualities, i.e.: strength, speed-strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, are explained through interactive methods.
