Our studies have shown that long-term reductionlevel of physical activity under the influence of high temperature and insolation,causes a significant reduction in energy consumption, which leads to a decrease in speedsynthesis of microergs, uncoupling of oxidation and phosphorylation, change in overallgas exchange, decreased muscle strength and performance, and decreased functionmuscle fibers, which is accompanied by a decrease in metabolism and activityenzymes, the predominance of catabolic processes, a decrease in muscle mass,loss of body weight and muscle strength.
