Heads of educational institutions play a decisive role in shaping the educational process and supporting the development of students. In order to effectively lead educational institutions, it is necessary for the heads of educational institutions to have strong socio-pedagogical competencies. These competencies include a range of skills and knowledge related to understanding social dynamics, promoting inclusive practice, and implementing effective pedagogical strategies. In this article, we study the strategies of formation of socio-pedagogical competences in the heads of educational institutions.
