This article conducts scientific work to study the risks arising from the intensive development and digitalization of the service sector, and reducing their negative consequences, norms and mechanisms aimed at preventing the problem, as well as for government authorities. to sustainably reduce all types of risks in the processes of consuming digital services and using platforms, it is noted that this makes it possible to create a system. It is shown that the service sector plays an important role in ensuring the growth of national and global economic systems and in improving the quality of life of various population groups, and based on economic and statistical analysis it is shown that there is a close and direct connection between the share of the service sector in GDP and the level of development.
