Foreign investment has a significant impact on economic development, especially on economic diversification, job creation and improving the well-being of the local population. In Andijan region, there is an increase in foreign investment in such sectors as agriculture, food industry, light industry, automotive industry and electronics. The dissertation analyzes the difficulties and problems that arise in attracting foreign investment to Andijan region, and develops proposals for their elimination.
