This article analyzes the role of the pedagogical education cluster as an innovative mechanism for training competitive personnel and its importance in improving the quality of the education system. Pedagogical education clusters allow for more efficient and competitive organization of educational processes through cooperation between educational institutions, research institutes and the private sector. At the same time, the contribution of clustering to international cooperation and educational innovations, how it helps to apply new methodologies and develop practical skills in the process of training personnel, is considered.
