This article discusses the rights of children with disabilities to receive individual education at home and the creation of necessary conditions for their education, the identification of their social development prospects, self-expression, identification of possible social problems and ensuring their independent overcoming, the creation of appropriate situations that stimulate self-awareness and socialization, and the provision of socio-pedagogical assistance to form their social adaptation.
