This article analyzes the role and importance of pedagogical clusters in training competitive personnel. Pedagogical clusters provide integral cooperation between educational institutions, industrial enterprises and research centers, and serve as an important tool in training qualified specialists who meet modern requirements. The article also presents proposals for improving the efficiency of the cluster system.
