This article is devoted to the topic "Formation of autopedagogical competence of visual arts teachers - as a pedagogical problem." The article analyzes the importance and pedagogical problems of forming autopedagogical competence of visual arts teachers. Autopedagogical competence is a teacher's ability to self-develop, master new pedagogical approaches, and improve their skills. The article discusses the main problems, methodological approaches, and innovative approaches to teacher training that arise in the formation of autopedagogical competence of visual arts teachers.
