This article analyzes the psychological aspects of emotional intelligence in team relationships, in particular, using the example of football teams. The study examined how the level of emotional intelligence of football players affects their team performance, communication skills, and stress management abilities.It also discusses the role of emotional intelligence in the development of emotional bonds between coaches and players, cooperation within the team, and leadership qualities. The results of the study are aimed at providing practical recommendations for creating an effective psychological environment in football teams and increasing the motivation of athletes.
