This article examines the supervisory function of the ART manager in music education, its organizational processes and its impact on the quality of education. The ART manager plays an important role in educational and creative processes as a planning, resource management, monitoring and evaluation tool. The study analyzes the supervisory activities of the ART manager in relation to the effectiveness and creative results of music educational institutions.
