This article analyzes the role of communication in the process of music education, its methods andtheir impact on educational effectiveness.Communicative processes between the teacher and the student, types of communication and their impact on musical consciousness and aesthetic outlook are substantiated. The study also considers verbal and nonverbal communication methods, interactive approaches,the advantages of a person-oriented method.
