This article analyzes the importance of the concept of digital ethics in educating modern students based on artificial intelligence technologies. New models of individual education of students, development of moral skills and formation of civilized behavior in the digital environment using artificial intelligence tools are highlighted. The article also considers the prospects for the use of artificial intelligence in higher education institutions.
