This article analyzes the methodological foundations of developing the professional competence of future teachers through pedagogical intuition. The essence of pedagogical intuition and its role in the educational process are highlighted, justifying its importance in primary education pedagogy. Also, effective methodological approaches are proposed for the formation and development of pedagogical intuition for future teachers. The results of the study are enriched with recommendations aimed at increasing the impact of pedagogical intuition on educational effectiveness.
