This article analyzes the role and impact of educational methods based on artificial intelligence in the formation of human rights awareness among secondary school students. The study aims to assess the potential and risks of artificial intelligence tools in developing students' legal awareness in a modern digital environment. The work used a qualitative approach, in particular, questionnaire and observation methods. According to the results, most students, while accepting artificial intelligence as a source of information, do not attribute moral and legal responsibility to it. However, it was found that if there is a pedagogical approach, it is possible to master digital rights with the help of artificial intelligence, in particular, concepts such as personal data protection, transparency and freedom of movement.
