This article analyzes the methodology for developing students' communicative competence. The concept of communicative competence, its components and importance are highlighted. Also, methods for forming students' communication skills through the use of innovative approaches, interactive methods and technologies in native language lessons are considered. The article provides effective methodological recommendations based on the research of scientists from Uzbekistan, the CIS and foreign countries. Artificial intelligence is opening up new and simple ways to manage everyday activities.
