Abstract
This thesis presents the results of scientific research on the antioxidant properties of pyrogallol flavonoid isolated from vitis vinifera l. (grape) seeds in in vitro experiments. The results of the study proved that pyrogallol flavonoid is a substance with pronounced antioxidant properties.
