This article is about the natural healing and harmless food supplement "ALINAB" in the form of a new phyto tea prepared on the basis of medicinal valerian (Valeriana officinalis L), goldenrod (Rhodiola rosea), and Ginkgo biloba plants introduced to the climate of Uzbekistan, which are used for the prevention and treatment of nervousness (neurasthenia) and similar nervous system diseases, and its beneficial properties. In addition, natural methods of eliminating nervousness and its complications are given.
