In this article, the chemical composition of the Valeriana (Valeriana officinalis.L) plant was studied using the methods of YSSS and spectrophotometry. It was found that the plant is rich in flavonoids, namely, it contains a large number of biologically active flavonoids such as gallic acid and rutin.
