This thesis analyzes the pathogenesis, immunological and microbiological similarities of two important gynecological diseases that significantly affect women's reproductive health - endometriosis and chronic endometritis - as well as new possibilities of antibiotic therapy in the treatment of endometriosis. Studies show that dysbiosis, inflammatory mediators and immune imbalance play an important role in both of these diseases. The article proposes a scientifically based approach to the use of modern antibiotic therapy as a new treatment strategy for endometriosis.
