This work analyzes the causes of varicose veins and modern treatment methods. The study highlights the main factors leading to varicose veins - heredity, sedentary lifestyle, excessive physical exertion, pregnancy, hormonal changes and malnutrition. It also reviews modern treatment methods - conservative therapy, sclerotherapy, laser and radiofrequency ablation, and surgical treatment. The results of the study show that a comprehensive approach is required to prevent and effectively treat varicose veins. This topic is relevant for understanding varicose veins and effectively solving their problems.
