The article highlights the modern achievements of biomedicine in pediatrics and their importance in improving children's health. New approaches to diagnostics and treatment methods of biomedicine, including genetic analysis, biomarkers, and the advantages of personalized medicine, are reviewed. At the same time, the existing shortcomings, development prospects, and future opportunities in this area are analyzed. The article discusses the integration of biomedicine in pediatrics, taking into account Uzbek and international experience.
