Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is one of the significant causes ofthrombotic complications and reproductive losses in obstetric and gynecologicalpractice. This article discusses the features of the course of APS in women of reproductive age, and substantiates the feasibility of usingcombination therapy with the inclusion of anticoagulants, antiplatelet agents andimmunotropic agents. An analysis of modern approaches to the management of patients withAPS during pregnancy and conception planning is carried out, the need for anindividualized approach to therapy in order to reduce obstetric andperinatal complications is emphasized. Prospects for further research in the field of optimization of complex treatment of APS in obstetrics andgynaecology are presented.
