Inflammation of the stomach (gastritis) remains one of the most commondiseases of the gastrointestinal tract, causing significant discomfort and reducing the quality of life of patients. Despite the achievements of modern medicine, interest infolk methods of treating gastritis does not wane due to their availability,naturalness and minimal side effects. This thesis examinestraditional approaches to the treatment of gastritis based on the use ofmedicinal plants, dietary practices and natural remedies, and analyzestheir potential effectiveness and safety from the point of view of modern scientificdata.
