This article examines ways to optimize sterilization techniques for the isolation of endophytic fungi. During the study, various sterilization conditions were compared, and optimal conditions were identified, with particular attention paid to minimizing contamination while ensuring the preservation of endophytes. The results showed that the sterilization process is crucial for the reliable and high-quality isolation of endophytes from plant samples.
