This article examines the stages of designing and developing a mobile application for planning and task management. The work sequentially covers the need for creating mobile applications, user needs, design principles, technological solutions, and testing processes. Approaches to creating an interface based on modern cross-platform technologies (Flutter, React Native) for mobile platforms, developing functional capabilities, and improving user experience were analyzed. The application was tested and recommendations for improvement were developed based on user feedback. This project is recommended as a practical solution in the field of mobile technologies that can be widely used in small businesses, personal use, and education.
