The article explores the role of the Russian language in the digital transformation ofhealthcare in Uzbekistan, focusing on the interaction of bilingualism and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. It analyzes the historical backgroundof the dominance of the Russian language in medical documentation, modern challengesof processing hybrid (Russian-Uzbek) texts and practical solutions for NLP (NaturalLanguage Processing). Using cases from clinics in Uzbekistan, it is demonstrated howadaptation of algorithms to language specifics increases the accuracy of diagnostics andthe efficiency of data management. The work uses methods of corpuslinguistics and a comparative analysis of machine learning models. The resultsshow that the integration of the Russian language into AI systems remains strategically important,but requires standardization of terminology and an interdisciplinary approach.
