The article examines the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and Big Data analysis technologies on the development of medicine and healthcare. An analysis of scientific literature is conducted, which describes successful examples of AI application in diagnosing diseases, predicting patient conditions, personalizing treatment, and managing medical institutions. Particular attention is paid to issues of ethics, data security, and interpretability of algorithms. Current challenges and promising areas for further development of intelligent medical systems are presented. The results obtained emphasize the need for an interdisciplinary approach and comprehensive integration of digital technologies in healthcare.
