This study is devoted to the study of the species composition and zoogeographic distribution of the genus Diaspidiotus in Uzbekistan. During the study, eight species, including Diaspidiotus perniciosus and D. ostreaeformis, were identified, and their ecological adaptation in the Palearctic region and their negative impact on agriculture were analyzed. The results obtained are of great importance for the development of pest monitoring and management strategies.
