During entomological observations conducted in the Fergana Valley in 2025, four previously unrecorded coccid species were identified in Uzbekistan: Saissetia oleae, Pulvinaria hydrangeae, Pulvinaria floccifera, and Lepidosaphes beckii. The occurrence of these species on ornamental plants, their affected organs, and host plants were determined. The results of the study will allow us to enrich the coccid fauna and assess the threat of new pests.
