A review of the literature on the fauna of phytoparasitic nematodes found in fruit tree agrocenoses in Uzbekistan and Central Asia is presented. The research focuses on harmful nematodes (Pratylenchus, Meloidogyne, Xiphinema, Longidorus, Helicotylenchus) distributed in the rhizosphere of trees such as apple, pear, peach, apricot, cherry, and their negative impact. Research conducted in the Fergana Valley, Tashkent, Surkhandarya and other regions, as well as Tajikistan, is analyzed.
