This article studies the formation of cenopopulations of Acanthophyllum albidum under the influence of anthropogenic pressure and environmental conditions in the foothills of the Fergana Valley. The study revealed the population structure, distribution characteristics, reproductive success, and ecological adaptation of the plant. Anthropogenic factors, in particular, land use and agricultural activities, lead to changes in cenopopulations. The results of the study serve to formulate proposals for the protection and rational use of Acanthophyllum albidum.
