The article presents data on the morphology and biogeography of Colchicum kesselringii Regel, which is distributed in the flora of Uzbekistan. As a result of the study, it was determined that the species is distributed in Jizzakh, Samarkand, Navoi, Bukhara, Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya and Tashkent regions. The most dense populations of C. kesselringii are located in Jizzakh region (in the Nurota and Malguzar ranges). Recommendations for the conservation of the species are also given. The conservation status of the species was assessed based on the categories and criteria of the IUCN Red List.
