Abstract
In genetic analysis, one of the important practical tasks is to determine the nucleotide and amino acid sequences and determine the similarities between them. This task is analyzed in the practical capabilities of the BLAST (Basic Local Alignment Search Tool) program. During the study, known and unknown DNA sequences are studied and how they are compared using BLASTn, MegaBLAST and other variants is shown.
