At the present stage of studying the pathogenesis of liver diseases, the study of pathological processes at the level of subcellular structures, their membrane and enzyme systems is of great importance. In this direction, many works are being carried out, allowing to lay down detailed information about the mechanism of action of the pathogenic agent, to clarify the localization of the primary site of cell damage.
