This paper presents information on the effect of the silista preparation and microbiological fertilizer on the growth and activity of the peroxidase enzyme of sunflower seeds of two varieties. The results show that the active pesticide has different effects on the activity of the peroxidase enzyme of sunflower seed germination. In this case, a decrease in enzyme activity was mainly observed compared to the control in both studied varieties due to the effect of the silista pesticide than under the influence of the microbiological fertilizer. The strongest decrease was observed in the Turkish variety AS 444 by 37%.
