Enzyme immobilization is the process of fixing enzymes on a carrier, which improves their stability and allows repeated use in biochemical reactions. This technology is widely used in the food industry, medicine, ecology and chemical industry, allowing to increase the efficiency of processes and reduce costs. The paper considers immobilization methods such as adsorption, covalent binding and encapsulation, as well as their application in various fields.
