This article studies the technology of producing medicinal tea from non-traditional plants (mint, chamomile, sweet clover) in Uzbekistan in 2020–2024 through econometric analysis. The impact of production volume, raw material quality, and energy consumption on product quality was analyzed. Based on the results of correlation and regression in the STATA program, technological proposals were made to increase efficiency, which will serve to develop local production.
