This study aims to study the application of innovative technologies in the peanut oil production process, their effectiveness, economic viability and impact on product quality. During the research, experimental data were collected, statistical analyses were conducted, and the results were presented in a broader context through tables. The main goal of this work is to prove the strategic importance of innovative technologies in the modernization of peanut oil production and to assess the possibilities of their application in local conditions.
