This article comprehensively analyzes the issues of improving the quality of education in the digital economy. Today, as a result of the development of information and communication technologies, the education system is undergoing fundamental changes. Through digital means, the processes of acquiring knowledge, teaching, assessment and professional development are becoming more effective, interactive and person-oriented. The article discusses the reforms being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop digital education, international experience, existing problems and their solutions. It also provides proposals for improving the quality of education through the use of digital literacy, pedagogical innovations, distance learning and artificial intelligence.
