This article examines the impact of external influences (socioeconomic factors, education system) and internal factors (personal goals, self-management) on the motivation of Uzbek students to learn. Based on statistical data for 2021–2024, the relationship between variables was determined using econometric analysis (correlation and regression). The results showed a high impact of external factors on motivation and the stability of internal factors. The study provides practical suggestions for improving education policy.
