This article analyzes the transformation processes in the modern education system, their main directions and practical significance. It also covers the development of digitalization, online and hybrid forms of education, the introduction of a competency-based approach, the principles of person-centered and lifelong learning. Along with the advantages of these changes in education, the existing problems - technical infrastructure, digital literacy, quality control - are also analyzed.
