This article discusses how ESG principles are becoming an integral part of the modern education system. This approach fosters not only knowledge, but also a mindset based on sustainable development, social justice, and good governance. Although Uzbekistan has made significant strides on this path, there are still vast opportunities and challenges ahead. The full implementation of the ESG approach will increase the global competitiveness of the education system, contribute to the development of a mature civil society, and lay the foundation for a sustainable future. Only then will education truly become a force for harmony between people, society, and nature.
