The importance of ergonomic knowledge, skills and qualifications in organizing an environment for the development of ergonomic competencies of engineering students and developing the ergonomic culture of future engineers is based on this. The conditions for creating a favorable environment are summarized and presented in the table. The content of the process of developing ergonomic competencies of future engineers and the technological system of implementation are considered.
