This article highlights the urgent importance of the task of finding theoretical and practical solutions to important issues such as ways to form a national idea in the minds of young people on the basis of folklore studies and the modernization of the opportunities for forming the idea of national independence in the minds of young people in the higher education system, constant research on modern solutions, styles and methods, and the development of creative thinking of young people, the formation of their innovative potential, and leadership qualities.
