This article discusses the effectiveness of the management activities of leaders, and explains the organizational management of the leader to achieve the goal in educational institutions. Each pedagogical activity is carried out in different conditions and under the influence of people who are the organizers of the team, the spiritual atmosphere in the pedagogical team exerts its influence. Management, as a positive quality of the leader, encompasses all his characteristics. These include ideological, political, economic, moral-spiritual and other aspects.
